The three-story, 64-room hotel is the third of 40 My Place Hotels planned by owner Matt Eller and partners, who opened their first two My Place Hotels in the Des Moines Metro during Q4 of 2017. Based in Ames, Iowa, Eller said he and his teams at Pro Commercial and Eller Enterprises look forward to opening their next My Place Hotel just a couple hours from home base.
